Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

At AL ANWAAR GOLDEN JEWELLERS LLC we offer a lifelong exchange policy.

Disclaimer - the exchange value depends on the condition of the product and current market value of the jewellery being exchanged. 

We offer the option of selling old jewellery to purchase new jewellery - this assessment can only be done in-store.

• If a customer wishes to sell old jewellery, the cash back value depends on the condition and the current market value of the jewellery.
