Our Founder Rajesh Popley is a third generation businessman, rising from a family of accomplished jewellers with distinguished presence in India and the Middle East. His journey began at the prime age of 16, where he aced the Gemology Course at the reputed Gemological Institute of India - plunging straight into the world of diamonds of gemstones right after. Under the continued mentorship of his father, he mastered the key nuances of the trade, and saw his own bold decisions through - paving the way for the sustained success of Al Anwaar. In addition to Al Anwaar, Rajesh Popley also owns the RP Signature Collection, housed in our flagship store in the Deira Gold Souq.
